WelcomeHome Software has announced the expansion of its product offering with the launch of a modern customer relationship management (CRM) platform designed specifically for senior living operators.

After two years of development in collaboration with senior living thought leaders, the new CRM provides Sales Directors with advanced technology, business intelligence, and communication tools to attract and convert prospects more efficiently. The CRM features a Virtual Sales Assistant that automates repetitive administrative tasks, organizes the sales team's day, recommends next steps, drafts and sends emails, connects calls, and tracks activities. Vitality Senior Living of Brentwood, Tennessee, was among the first to pilot the software.
