Meet the People: Jacob Zawoysky, Senior Customer Success Manager

Jacob Zawoysky, a Senior Customer Success Manager with seven years in senior living inspired by his mother, is passionate about making a meaningful impact by supporting enterprise clients and revamping onboarding processes, while valuing authentic relationships with colleagues and Operators, and enjoys personal interests like traveling, movies, and his cat Jojo.

Jacob Zawoysky has spent the last seven years in the senior living industry, transitioning from non-profit childhood cancer research to senior living. This career change has allowed him to continue making a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Inspired by his mother, who works in senior living, Jacob is driven by the belief that his clients deserve the same level of care and respect he’d want for his own family. As a Senior Customer Success Manager, he finds fulfillment in helping his enterprise clients see the value of WelcomeHome.

Q&A with Jacob:

What is your favorite part about working on the Customer Success team?

The people. Both the colleagues at the company who challenge and inspire him, and the Operators they work with who teach him something new every day. Jacob enjoys partnering with some of the most innovative and selfless people.

Could you tell us about a current project you're working on?

Jacob is currently helping to revamp the onboarding process for new Customer Success Managers. He values the opportunity to highlight the company’s values and provide new CSMs with the tools they need to be successful, making the experience rewarding.

What excites you most about working in a customer-facing role?

Having a true impact on the Operators they work with. The team is not just supporting clients, but truly partnering with them, acting as their biggest cheerleaders and advocates. They aim to make clients' jobs easier and support them in achieving their goals.
