Q&A with Danielle
What is your favorite part about working on the Implementation team?
I love that I am able to be technical in my role, but my role is also customer-facing, so it is the best of both worlds!
Could you tell us about a current project you're working on?
I've been working with a company based in Poland to automate a lot of the manual things we are doing in our project management platform. It's been a really fun partnership to build as I'm able to help them test things they're working on while they are building things to work for our use case!
What excites you most about working in technology?
Technology is always evolving, which means I get to evolve too. There's something energizing about knowing that every year, I'll be learning, experimenting, and figuring out how to make the undefined doable.
Why WelcomeHome?
When I was looking for a new job, culture and work-life balance were the most important things to me. I got to speak with John, and I immediately knew I wanted to work at WelcomeHome in whatever capacity that meant. His passion for the product and what it does for our customers was palpable. As soon as I met with my future team in my second round, I knew culture and work-life balance were also important to WelcomeHome. I’m so happy to be a part of the culture we are building.
